Terms & Conditions

We resell home-furnishing products from Indian brands and suppliers and provide measurement and installation services. Product photos are representative; fabric shade, texture and pattern placement can vary slightly between batches and screens.

All prices are in Indian rupees (₹). Package pages show the price, GST rate and shipping charge; the order summary shows the final total before payment. Quote-based work is priced by written quotation, which is valid for the period stated in it. If a price is displayed incorrectly because of an obvious error, we will contact you before processing and you may cancel for a full refund.

Online payments are processed by Paytm Payment Gateway. An order is confirmed only after Paytm confirms a successful payment for the full amount. We do not receive or store your card, UPI or net-banking credentials. For quote-based work, payment terms (such as any advance) are stated in the quotation.

Provide accurate contact details, delivery address and measurements (where you supply them), and ensure safe access to the site for delivery and installation. Delays or extra visits caused by incorrect information may be charged as stated in your quotation.

Website text, photographs of our projects, logos and design are owned by Dream Home Decore or used with permission. Brand names of products we resell belong to their respective owners.

The website links to services such as Paytm, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and Google Maps. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

We may refuse or cancel an order in case of suspected fraud, unavailable stock or incorrect pricing; any amount paid for a cancelled order will be refunded to the original payment method.

We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions or carrier disruptions. We will inform you and agree a revised timeline or refund.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan have jurisdiction, subject to your rights under consumer protection law.

We may update these terms. The version published when you place an order applies to that order.
