Shipping & Delivery Policy

Free delivery and installation within Rajasthan. Online orders are accepted only for delivery addresses with a Rajasthan PIN code; we do not deliver packages outside Rajasthan.

Orders are processed after Paytm confirms payment. Ready package items are dispatched within [to be confirmed by Dream Home Decore]. Made-to-measure items are dispatched after they are prepared; the timeline is shared in your order confirmation or quotation.

After dispatch, delivery usually takes [to be confirmed by Dream Home Decore], depending on your location. These are estimates, not guarantees.

Any shipping charge is shown on the package page and in the order summary before you pay. Nothing extra is added after payment.

Where a package includes installation, our team schedules a visit after delivery. Installation is free within Rajasthan.

When your order is dispatched we share the courier name and tracking reference, where available, on the phone number or email you provided. You can also check your order page or contact us with your order number.

If a delivery is delayed beyond the estimate, we follow up with the courier and keep you informed. If a shipment is lost in transit, we send a replacement or give a full refund.

Please check your address carefully. If a shipment is returned because the address was incorrect or nobody was available, re-delivery charges may apply.

If the package is visibly damaged, note it with the courier and send us photos. Damaged items are replaced or refunded as described in our Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy.
