Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

You can cancel a package order within [to be confirmed by Dream Home Decore] of placing it, provided it has not been dispatched or made to measure. Email furnishing.dhd@gmail.com or call +91 96366 61879 with your order number.

Made-to-measure and custom orders (stitched curtains, cut blinds, ordered wallpaper rolls, upholstery) cannot be cancelled once material has been cut or ordered from the supplier, unless agreed in writing.

Ready (non-custom) package items in unused, original condition and packaging can be returned within [to be confirmed by Dream Home Decore] of delivery.

Non-returnable: made-to-measure or custom items, cut fabric and wallpaper, installed products, and items damaged after delivery through misuse.

Please check your delivery and inform us within [to be confirmed by Dream Home Decore] with photos of the item and packaging. After verification we will replace the item or refund it in full, including any shipping charge you paid.

Eligible refunds are made to the original payment method through Paytm within [to be confirmed by Dream Home Decore] after we approve the cancellation or receive the returned item. Your bank may take additional time to show the credit.

Shipping charges are refunded when the order is cancelled before dispatch or when the return is due to our error. For other returns, return shipping is payable by the customer.

If a payment fails but money is deducted, Paytm or your bank reverses it as per their timelines; contact us with the transaction details if it is not reversed.

For work done under a written quotation, cancellation charges and refund of any advance are as stated in that quotation.

Email furnishing.dhd@gmail.com or call +91 96366 61879 / +91 79762 82045 with your order number, the reason and photos where relevant. We reply with the next steps.

We do not sell subscriptions; there are no recurring charges to cancel.
